Blue Icon Dress

This dress will add a touch of shine to your day!  The soft knit dress has an all over subtle glitter and is accented with appliqué glitter stars, hearts and a smiley face! The appliqués do not have stitching on the inside of the dress - so no itchy spots! The crew neck collar and slash pockets are trimmed with striped cuff material.  The sleeves have a subtle roll for a fun twist.
